Portlaoise RFC was delighted to welcome Saints Rugby Club from Kansas on the final leg of their tour around Ireland yesterday. A huge thank you to their entire team and coaches including U18 Head Coach Tim Kluempers, Captain Cooper Coats, U16 Head Coach Patrick Kraus, and Captain Hank Masker for the fantastic games—we know our U18 and U16 squads truly enjoyed both the competition and the jersey exchanges afterward.
A special shoutout to our own Phil McGowan and Bosco’s Catering for their hard work in the bar and providing top-notch food. Also to Harry for his MC skills and all our PRFC coaches players and volunteers. Safe travels home, Saints, and we hope to see you again soon! 🇮🇪
